A Rainbow fish is a food item that heals 11 hitpoints in one bite. Players can make it by cooking a raw rainbow fish on a range or a fire. Doing so requires level 35 Cooking and grants 110 Cooking experience if successful.

It also can be looted from a gourmet impling.

Although the rainbow fish heals 11 hitpoints, it is no where near as popular and expensive as other fish that heal a similar amount, such as the lobster.
