A detailed image of Queen Sigrid.

Her Majesty Queen Sigrid is the lonely monarch of Etceteria. She lives on the small island of Etceteria, in an anything but enchanting castle.

Facade of the Castle of Etceteria

Queen Sigrid of Etceteria is found on the first floor (or second) of the Castle of Etceteria, trapped in a sphere of duty and monotony. The castle has but one guard, as The Queen has no army.

She will tell a pitiful tale of boredom and longing. While unengaged with quests, what Queen Sigrid has to say suggests that she was not born of royal blood (echoing the beginnings of fellow monarch Queen Ellamaria of Varrock).

During Royal Trouble, her goods get stolen by some teenagers pretending to be Miscellanian soldiers, and when the goods are returned, she will ask you to give a letter to King Vargas. When read by the player, it is then known to the player she harbours a love-hate relationship with Vargas, and that if one day he wasn't a yeti anymore, she would like to 'get to know him better '. This foreshadowed the end the long-lasting feud between the two nations of Miscellania and Etceteria, which came to be in Blood Runs Deep

During this quest, you will marry her to King Vargas. Then her new stepson/daughter gets married to you ( though you also have the option to refuse). She will then give you a Balmung, which can be re-obtainable after completion of the quest. She will then lose her stepchildren in battle, her last scene on the quest is her crying during the sibling's funeral. Also, after this quest, she will be relocated to the Castle of Miscellania.
