Concise: Interrupts a skill. Interruption effect: disables interrupted skill (+5...11 seconds). Your other skills are disabled. (8 seconds).

Signet of Capture:

• Mesmer's Construct (Sunjiang District (mission), Sunjiang District (explorable))

Notes

• Even if the target has interruption prevention skill on (like Mantra of Resolve or Glyph of Concentration), the target skill will be disabled for the amount of time specified above.
• Most monster skills can not be disabled.
• This is the fastest recharging skill interrupt.
