Protect from Summoning

Protect from Summoning was introduced 15 January 2008 with the Summoning skill. It is accessible at level 35 Prayer. When used, the player receives full protection against NPC's summoned by other NPC's (for example, Ork legions) and a 40% damage reduction from the attacking familiars' special move attacks (attacks dealt through summoning scrolls).

Also, the player will be immune to any of the familiars' right-click abilities. Players using this prayer will have a wolf icon above their character. They can also use any of the other protection prayers simultaneously with the protect from summoning prayer. The image of the protect from summoning and the other protection prayer will both be displayed and both prayers' protection capabilities will be in effect at the same time.
