Professor Yoshimori, known in the English Dungeon Dice Monsters video game as Professor Jeremy Harrison, is a Domino University professor who is into archaeology. He is friends with Sugoroku Mutou.

He, alongside Professor Kanekura, entered the tomb containing the Millennium Puzzle, and took many artifacts to be displayed in Domino Museum. Yoshimori did not believe in curses, and was not worried when he violated the tomb.

Later, after Kanekura was killed by Shadi for failing the judgment, Yoshimori became worried, despite still refusing to believe in curses. Yugi, Sugoroku, Jonouchi, and Anzu came to his office for a cheer-up party. However, Shadi had earlier used the Millennium Key to take control of his mind and have him strangle Jonouchi as to make the Yugi's "other side" come out. When Anzu successfully gets him to let go of Jonouchi by hitting him with a globe, Shadi decides that he has no more use for Yoshimori and lets him wander around on his own, chasing Jonouchi all over the building. Eventually, the two of them end up climbing along the outside of the university, right during the climax of Shadi and Yugi's final game. After Anzu has been freed with the Millennium Key, Yugi tells Jonouchi to touch Yoshimori's hand with the key, restoring his personality, though unfortunately, due to Anzu striking him with a globe and Jonouchi punching him, most of his teeth were knocked out. Later, Yoshimori was returned to normal, along with Anzu after Jonouchi touched him with the Millennium Key. Afterwards, he appeared to be fine, despite his loss of memory and shock at the loss of his teeth, and went out with the rest of the gang for dinner.

Upon looking inside Yoshimori's head with the Millennium Key, Shadi states that his weakness of the mind is that he has allowed his passion with archeology turn into an obsession, and that he has no time for his family anymore. The gloominess of his "mind's room" supposedly symbolizes this. Unlike Kanekura, however, Yoshimori is not consumed by his flaw, as symbolized by the tiny spark of light in his "mind's room".

Yoshimori also appears in the first series anime; however, he is not involved in the same way with the storyline. Shadi throws Yoshimori out the window of a museum, hospitalizing him; Solomon stays at his bedside until he (presumably) recovers.
