The Winchester P94 Industrial Plasma Caster is an energy weapon in Fallout and Fallout 2.

The barrel ends in electromagnetic claws to help form the plasma bolt^[1].

Upgrades

A superior version of this weapon exists, with a hotwired plasma bolt chamber, called the Turbo Plasma Rifle.

Locations

Unlike the laser rifle, the plasma rifle is rare in Fallout. They are mostly found in the Military Base and Cathedral. You can also kill certain super mutants or get them from the Gun Runners.

Appearances

This rifle appears in Fallout and Fallout 2. An actual rifle version exists in Fallout Tactics.
