The Phoenix Tower is a thirty floor tower found in Final Fantasy V. It can be found in the Merged World, southwest of the North Mountain is located, and, though inaccessible, in the Alien World, southwest of the Underground Waterway.
In every floor, two doors exist: one will instantly unfold the stairwell to the next floor, while the other is guarded by a random monster. Also, every 5 floors, there will be pots on the right and left sides of the screen. One of the pots will contain an amount of GP equal to the floor number multiplied by 1000, and the other is revealed to be a Magic Pot.
Besides the Magic Pots, the random encounters in the Phoenix Tower are inescapable and the enemies have a tendency to hit your party with strong status ailments.
