Phil LaMarr is a comedian and voice actor who has worked on several different projects, including Pulp Fiction and as a cast member of Mad TV, as well as several voiceover roles in the DC Comics Animated Universe, most notably portraying Green Lantern John Stewart in Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. His Star Wars roles include roles as Gadon Thek and additional voices in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Riiken and additional voices in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, as well as Kit Fisto, Amit Noloff, Bail Prestor Organa, Philo and the Tactical droids in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. He also is the voice of Hermes Conrad and various characters in Futurama.

Phillip LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American comedian and actor. He is best known as one of the original cast members of MADtv, the voices of Hermes Conrad from Futurama, Static from Static Shock, Green Lantern John Stewart from Justice League Unlimited, Black Vulcan from Harvey Birdman: Attorney At Law, the title character from Samurai Jack and for his role in Pulp Fiction as an unfortunate young man whose head John Travolta accidentally blows off.

He, ah, also does the voice of Ollie Williams, the BlaccuWeather Forecaster on Family Guy.
