History

Empowered by Henry Bendix, Peter Moran is a superhero who likes to kill criminals. He was given the codename Giant and put in charge of the Homeland Security Squadron, the SPB team working for the Civil Defense Administration. However, recently he has been hired by a big corporation and renamed The Hallibastard. He frequently clashes with Benito Santini and Stormwatch Team Achilles.
