History

Paul Kirk was a private detective who operated during the 1940s. He often worked alongside police inspector Holden. Though Kirk has often been referred to as "Paul Kirk, Manhunter", he actually has no association with the Manhunter Cult, nor any association with the other Paul Kirk, who became the second individual to adopt the guise of Manhunter.

Notes

• This version of Paul Kirk I (Earth-Two), including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the Multiverse in the 1985-86 Crisis on Infinite Earths limited series and is now considered apocryphal.
