Paralyze II is an upgraded version of the original Paralyze spell, available in Final Fantasy XI. Red Mages can purchase this spell with their Merit Points. As the name suggests, the spell will paralyze the target. It is both stronger and more accurate than the original spell. Paralyze II may be recast every 20 seconds.
