PSICOM (Public Safety and Information Command) is the name of an elite military force in Final Fantasy XIII that opposes Lightning and her group. Commanded by Lieutenant Colonels Jihl Nabaat and Yaag Rosch, they are heavily armed soldiers clad in full-armor that employ machine guns in battle. Notably, their helmets have have glowing yellow eyes for a sinister effect. PSICOM forces are aided by monsters summoned from interdimensional portals, giant robots, and airships in their fight against the l'Cie and anything else that threatens the safety of Cocoon.
