The Omni-talisman staff is created by combining the Omni-talisman with a Runecrafting staff obtained from The Great Orb Project minigame. It costs 10,000 Runecrafting guild tokens to buy the Runecrafting staff from Wizard Elriss.
Wielding the staff allows the Runecrafter to enter almost any Runecrafting altar, with the exception of the Law altar, as the monks consider it a weapon. The omni-talisman can be attached to the staff by talking to Wizard Korvak with the talisman and the staff in the inventory. Once the talisman is attached to the staff, it cannot be taken off. Unlike Korvak's other services, attaching the omni-talisman to a tiara or a Runecrafting staff is free.
Though the omni-talisman staff would theoretically allow players to enter every altar, it cannot be taken to the Law altar as the staff is defined as a weapon by the monks on Entrana. However, a Law talisman staff can be used for such a purpose because its stats are reduced to zero, allowing the player to take the staff to Entrana.
The Omni-talisman staff has a very high Strength bonus for a weapon that requires no combat stats to wield.
Warning: When a player dies, the staff does not appear under the gravestone.
