The UNSC Odyssey

The Odyssey was the first Human colony ship. It colonized the worlds of the inner colonies. It was launched on January 1, 2362[1] laden with troops and terraforming gear to spearhead the first colonization of a new world by mankind. This sparked the first wave of human expansion beyond the confines of the Solar System.

Trivia

  • The word Odyssey, along with being an epic Greek poem told by Homer, means an extended or prolonged venture, which suits the Odyssey on the basis that it was the first Human colony ship.
