Telek Neleras tr'Khellian, or Neleras for short, was a Tal Shiar agent posted aboard the RIS Bouteina in the late 24th century. (RIS Bouteina)
As the Tal Prai'ex kept agents of the Tal Shiar aboard its ships to sense if there was any presence of dissent among the crew, he was to watch over the major decisions made by the bridge and, if necessary, away missions. However, the only thing we know about his life was that he was born to the House of Khellian, as much in the biographies of Tal Shiar personnel was kept classified.
He demanded from Annika Hansen that she was to grant him priority in the bio-dampener loan order. In the ground portion of Operation Telenoes, he was to assassinate Bishop Numida. He was successful, and under Mirak law, he became the new Bishop (albeit in a pro tempore capacity) and was styled His Grace while he held power over Apailana V.
