From The Vault

The narrator in Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3 and Fallout Tactics is Ron Perlman, a quite well known hollywood actor. He narrated the game intro and the endings for various towns in the games. He did not voice Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel, where Tony Jay (the Lieutenant from Fallout) narrated the intro instead.

Perlman also voiced Butch Harris in Fallout.

Peter Coyote

The narrator is the voice actor who narrates the recap episodes. There have been eight so far: Brian Cox, Peter Coyote, Kyle MacLachlan, Michael Emerson (who portrays Ben), Doug Hutchison (who portrays Horace), Nestor Carbonell (who portrays Richard), and executive producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse.

The narrator talks over the recap action onscreen. He tells about the past episodes and may hint at the future. He talks in a calm voice, and seems to be an omniscient narrator who knows everything that happened on the Island, and sometimes knows people's flashbacks.
