Molly or Mollie was an Irish Setter which was kept by Kathryn Janeway as a pet in the early 2370s.
Janeway rescued Molly from a dog pound on Taurus Ceti IV because even though Molly was the runt of the litter, Janeway thought she "had spunk". (VOY episode: "Shattered")
When Janeway shipped out aboard the USS Voyager she left Molly in the care of her fiance, Mark Johnson. Following Voyager's disappearance in the Badlands, Johnson continued to care for Molly. Shortly after, Molly had a litter of puppies. (VOY episodes: "Caretaker", "Hunters")
In an alternate timeline in which Voyager wasn't pulled into the Delta Quadrant, Mollie was still cared for by Johnson in 2373, who was by this time, Janeway's husband. In this year, Molly had veterinary treatment to remove a growth that had developed on her snout. (Myriad Universes novel: A Gutted World)
Molly is a mail carrier; she appeared in Season 3 of Sesame Street.
In her first episode, Episode 0276, Molly delivers a letter to Bob, inviting him to a party. Her coy manner indicates that she may have a crush on Bob, although she later speaks in a similar way about the letter M.

Molly is a character who is mentioned in the Fallout 3 add-on Operation: Anchorage.
Molly lived in the pre-war United States. Her boyfriend, Henry Hodges, was fighting the Chinese invaders when they first attacked Anchorage, Alaska. During the attack he recorded a series of holotapes describing his experiences, addressed to Molly.
Molly does not appear in any game but she is mentioned in holotapes in the Fallout 3 add-on Operation: Anchorage.
It is unknown whether Molly actually existed in the Fallout universe since her only mention is inside the Anchorage Reclamation simulation which is not historically accurate.
Molly Malmstein is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series, and was mentioned on the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories website. Molly was the assistant to the popular detective Gordon Moorehead on Moorehead Rides Again, which aired on Vice City Broadcasting System. The show aired during the 1940s and 1950s, being cancelled in 1952. Molly is treated as a woman with little intelligence, and is often slapped by Gordon Moorehead. The plight of Molly in Moorehead Rides Again shows the problem of sexism, which Michaela Carapadis comments on. A recurring joke in the show is her exploding breasts.

Molly is an NPC who features as the main character in the Evil Twin random event. She is responsible for appearing and teleporting the player with her to a tiny room connected to a larger room with a crane control panel. Despite her abilities to teleother any player from almost anywhere, including locations as remote and magically sealed as the Rune essence mine, she seems incapable of teleothering her sister into the cage, possibly due to the complexities of teleportation, as stated by Mr. Mordaut.
Unlike most other non-playable characters, Molly changes her hairstyle, hair colour, clothing, clothes colour and even eye colour! Her gender and skin tone remains the same.
During the event, Molly asks the player to capture her evil twin sister who she claims has been damaging her name by doing evil deeds (although her twin has never been reported spotted anywhere but in the room containing the crane.) Molly will return the player only when the they have captured her evil twin sister, who looks and dresses exactly like Molly.
Once the player captures Molly's evil twin, the player must return to Molly's room and speak to Molly again. Molly will return the player back to where they were before the random event began and will reward the player for their help with a Random event gift.
If you catch the wrong person two times, Molly will teleport you to somewhere in RuneScape, such as Rimmington, or the rune essence mine.
Also if you log out during the Evil Sister Random event, when you log back in she won't have forgotten about you.
