Minotaur is a boss in Final Fantasy V. He is one of the bosses guarding a spell in the Fork Tower. Minotaur is guarding the Holy spell.

No magic, no defensive stats, and immunities to basically everything means that this is just a fight for your hardest hitting physical characters. Make sure you do not have the Excalibur or Holy Lance equipped, as he will absorb them. Knights and Dragoons are the best jobs to use here.

Another good idea is to make both your characters Ninjas and have them cast Image on themselves. This means the Minotaur cannot hit you, and you can just proceed to throw all your items at him for high damage. Once he has lost all his HP, he will try to cast Holy, but will fail since he does not have any MP.

You can guarantee a victory in this fight by changing both your characters into Monks and giving them the Guard command as a secondary ability. Use Guard repeatedly for both characters. This reduces all physical damage to zero, and since Minotaur uses only physical attacks, it will be unable to harm your party members. Continue guarding until the Monk's automatic counterattacks finish off Minotaur.
