Minister of War was a title used by the planets of the Five Worlds to denote their civilian commander-in-chief.

At the start of the Second Galactic Civil War, the Head of State of Corellia, Thrackan Sal-Solo, deposed the previous Minister and declared himself acting Minister of War. The position may have been abolished; after Sal-Solo's death, Wedge Antilles was made Supreme Commander of the Corellian forces and Rorf Willems was made Minister of Defense.
