She helped the Doctor defeat the Vacant Mitra Ashkanzai, when she visited the set and stole the personalities of cast and crew when posing as a photographer standing in for Des Martin. In appreciation for her help the Doctor posed for a digital picture of him in an Admirals hat that he seemed so fond of, “the soap star that never was”. (TDL: The Pictures of Emptiness)

Megan was a female Human in the 24th century, the aunt of Jeremy Aster. In 2366, following the death of Jeremy's mother, Marla, Megan and her husband took Jeremy in to their home in Fergus Falls on Earth. (TNG comic: "The Lesson")

As the show progresses, Jeff is surprised to find how poor at math his contestant is -- and she's an accountant. He tries to be as polite about it as he can, but in the end, has to level with her -- she is definitely not smarter than an egg layer.
