Mr. Pegasus started the company the day after his birthday. He is currently looking for companies to purchase from bankruptcy courts or those who were closed for a long time. Currently, Maximillion Pegasus is the owner of Omega Wrestling Alliance, Happy Sunshine Wrestling Federation, and the Elite Wrestling Foundation. Pegasus, jointly owns the United Wrestling Federation since May 31, 2008.
Maximillion Pegasus created his own company to tailor the needs of his sports entertainment life. In 2001, Maximillion Pegasus started to acquire some companies that suited his needs. After some success with the promotional deals with National Wrestling Association, he became the minority owner of NWA.
