Mary Mara (b. 1960) played Lyneea in the Farscape episode "I, E.T.".

She established the theater company HART (Haight Ashbury Repertory Theatre), while attendning San Francisco State University. She later graduated from the Yale School of Drama with a master's degree in fine arts. Some of her many TV credits include Treesa Crane in Monk, Pauline Campbell in Boston Puplic, Law & Order, Inspector Bryn Carson in Nash Bridges and Loretta Sweet in ER.
