Personal History

A lifelong comic fan, Marlo has been in the comic industry for the past 15 years with his longest stint being with DC Comics. A graduate of U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Fine Arts, Marlo is happily married to his wife of 12 years with a daughter and son and currently resides in Orange County, California. Aside from comics, Marlo is also involved with Real Estate and has recently become a Nurse. Comics and art will always be Marlo's true passion.

Professional History

Marlo started his career after graduating from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Fine Arts in 1993. Marlo got hired immediately by Rob Liefeld's Extreme Studios for Image Comics. Later he worked for Marvel, Top Cow, then other Image Comics titles. From there Marlo started a long career working for DC Comics which continues till this day. Among Marlo Alquiza's long list of work at DC are: Resurrection Man, Catwoman, Action Comics, Superman, Young Justice, Teen Titans, Wonder Woman, Superman/ Batman, Supergirl, The Flash, Green Lantern, Infinity Crisis, 52, Cyborg, and Justice League of America.
