Margaret once led a sweet and uncomplicated life as a domestic cat owner. She spent much of her time attempting to teach the feline a variety of tricks. Eventually it occured to her that the simple antics of a house cat would not fulfil her needs. Instead, she advanced to the level of a lion trainer, and now shares the circus ring spotlight with the king of beasts.
Margaret tells her story in the Sesame Street song, "Women Can Be."
