Background

In January 2077, Barnett orders transfer of all FEV research to the newly-constructed Mariposa Military Base, despite objections by the research team.

Appearances

Barnett does not appear in any games. He is mentioned only in Fallout 1 FEV Experiment Disk (and the Fallout Bible timeline).

Behind the scenes

A character from the X Files continuity is also called Barnett. Ironically, though the Barnett of the Fallout continuity is overseer of scientific experiments, the X Files Barnett is the subject of a prison doctor that has reversed his age.
