The "Main Theme of Final Fantasy V" (ファイナルファンタジーV メインテーマ Fainaru Fantajī Faibu Mein Tēma), known as "Ahead on Our Way" in the "Final Fantasy V: Original Sound Version", is, as the name points, the Main Theme of Final Fantasy V, and like most main themes, it can be heard several times in the game.
A large number of tracks from the soundtrack that are either arrangements of this theme, or contain it on the track. Examples of arrangements are the tracks "Four Hearts" (4つの心, Yottsu no Kokoro), notorious for being the first Overworld theme, "A Presentiment", "The Day Will Come", and "The New Origin".

A piano arrangement of this theme was featured in the Final Fantasy V Piano Collections album, named as "Ahead on our Way".
