Lucy Heatherton was picked up by Charlie in hopes of getting money from her. She lives in Knightsbridge, England, the same area of London as Penelope.

Her father, Francis Heatherton briefly employed Charlie at Heatherton Corporation, and bought him a brief case for his new job.

She broke up with Charlie when she found out he had stolen her father's valuable Winston Churchill cigarette case and that he was a drug addict. Even if he did use her, Charlie seemed to have genuine feelings for her. ("Homecoming")
