Lothar the Grouch lived on the seventh moon of the Zircon. He got R2-D2 to deliver a hologram message to Oscar the Grouch.

Behind the scenes

Lothar appeared in a Star Wars cameo on the television show Sesame Street, which aired in 1981. This episode was chronicled in Caravan of Courage, an article written by Scott Chernoff that covered a range of Star Wars appearances on television.
