Lisbon (or Lisboa) was a city in the nation of Portugal on Earth.

Lisbon was the location of the Division of Planetary Operations. The global power distribution center was located in Lisbon, and was the target of sabotage by Red Squad in 2372 under the authority of Admiral James Leyton. (DS9: "Paradise Lost")

Lisbon is the capital city of Portugal.

Several years ago, the terrorist known as Kobra threatened to destroy Portugal's capital city Lisbon with a dangerous hydrocarbon weapon. The Justice League members Aquaman, Batman and Green Lantern fought against Kobra, and though the villain escaped, they did succeed in saving Portugal. ^[1]

There was a Justice League Embassy located here. Wally West once accidentally teleported here instead of Paris, and used Lisbon as a starting off point for an adventure in Casablanca.^[2]
