Interactions with the player character

Found in the Command tent, he provides you with intelligence on your targets in the quests Operation: Anchorage and Paving the Way. Morgan also explains how you can assemble your strike team and obtain equipment by using requisition holotapes. He also has developed a small sense of humor referring to your strike team as "Patterson's suicide team." If asked about why he calls it that, he simply states that his humor is the only way he can cope with the cold.

Behind the scenes

  • When asked if the T-51B Power Armor suits are fully functional, Morgan will report that they're at 95% efficiency, noting problems in "adapting them to the cold". This remark is not unlike one used in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, when an officer reports similar problems with their snowspeeders.

Thomas Morgan appears only in a simulation in the Operation: Anchorage add-on for Fallout 3
