From Final Fantasy Wiki

Yuna sees Lian at the Travel Agency.
Lian and Ayde are two minor characters from Final Fantasy X-2. They are Ronso brothers, and very important to the village, since they are the youngest members. They set out to investigate the world of Spira and find Kimahri's horn.

Story

When the Gullwings travel to Mt. Gagazet in chapter two, Kimahri will tell the girls of some Ronso youths that have run away from the mountain. A mission will start to find them. They can be found at the Travel Agency in the Calm Lands. A cutscene will occur when you meet them, and then they'll run away again.

You'll be able to catch up with them again at the Thunder Plains in chapter three.
Thunders Plains Chapter three

The girls meet the two several times on their travels, telling them to return home. They are reluctant, but eventually do so. After telling the tribe of their adventures, Kimahri realizes that all Ronso should follow the example of Lian and Ayde in trying to find their own individual paths while working together to forge a better future for one another, and that he alone can not provide a single answer to what the future of the entire group should be.

You can also get a Garment Grid from Lian and Ayde if you return to Gagazet after the episode is complete.
