The Land Turtle, also known as the Spiketoise, is an enemy from Final Fantasy II. It is first introduced as a "monster-in-a-box" encounter in the Semitt Falls dungeon guarding a Teleport Tome. Later it appears as a random encounter in numerous areas. It is well armored and resists physical attacks well, but possesses a weakness to the Ice element, and will fall to a few Blizzard spells.
