Lumat'Ukan was a Jem'Hadar that served during the Dominion War but little is known about him. All that is known comes from the Klingon Imperial Intelligence service. He was Third under First Remata'Klan that was given command of his own fighter group and is a rigid 'by the book' soldier. (DS9 video game: Dominion Wars)
By 2386, he was leading the remnants of the Jem'Hadar in the Alpha Quadrant after the Dominion War. In that year, Odo came to him as a representative of the Great Link and asked Lumat'Ukan to return to the Gamma Quadrant. The Jem'Hadar refused him and told him that he was not a true Founder and would not bring victory to them. (ST video game: The Path to 2409)
