Kobra was a short-lived ongoing series published by DC Comics from February, 1976 to April 1977. In addition to the Joker, this series was one of the first ongoing titles to feature a super-villain. The title featured Jeffrey Franklin Burr as the villainous Kobra, and his twin brother, Jason Burr, who devoted himself to stopping his brother's efforts at all costs.
