History

Kirtann Rodd was a priest on the planet Kvetch who was busy redecorating his temple when the Lords of Order J'kk and St'nn visited him and, not caring for either his attitude or his tastes, blasted Kirtann into a dimension where he gained godlike powers, but where also his mind was warped by the "beauty" of the colors and shapes he saw in that dimension. After returning to reality, Kirtann became Mr. Nebula and used his powers to enforce his taste of aesthetics upon all races and planets he comes across, much to their great displeasure. He creates a herald named Scarlet Skier whose duty is to find new worlds which he can come to redecorate. Upon his reaching Earth, the Justice League attempt a physical assault upon Mr. Nebula to stop him, but J'onn J'onnz leads him to Las Vegas in order to make him believe that the Earth is already crafting their planet to "honor" him. He is so entranced by the city, that he decides to leave Earth alone and allow them to continue their own "redecoration".

Powers

Mr. Nebula possesses great cosmic powers which he mostly uses for the purpose of redecorating the cosmos as he sees fit.

Notes

• Mr. Nebula was created as a parody of Marvel's Galactus character.

• Mr. Nebula is not to be confused with the Nebula Man, an old foe of the 7 Soldiers of Victory.
