King was the title of the male Head of State of a culture still retaining a monarchical system of government, or that of their consort if the Head of State was female.
The fact that a society was ruled by a King usually indicated that society was patriarchal in nature.
A sovereign is a person who holds supreme authority over a government or society. Such a person is also known as a monarch if their authority is passed on through hereditary lines, and often is given the title King (for males) or Queen for females.

King, is a free-for-all King of the Hill type. In order to win the match, you must hold possession of the hill for exactly two minutes. The hill doesn't move. All weapons and other settings are set to map default.
The hill's location is shown on your screen with a beacon, as well as a glowing circle when you are close to it/inside of it.
In Halo 2 and Halo: Combat Evolved, the player scored, by being inside the hill. The score was determined by time in the hill. The score was also shown in the digital way ( ie 1:32 ). In Halo 3, the score is no longer in minutes, but points. A point is supposedly rewarded for every second inside the hill. In Halo 3, you can change how a person scores.
If you leave the hill but then come back to it, your time on the hill will be saved and you start from where you left off rather than starting again
Hail To The King - Get 5 kills while inside the hill, before the hill moves.
