The Kilobyte of Memory is a joke item in the Nintendo DS remake of Final Fantasy IV. It can be obtained from a Treasure Chest in the Developer's Office, along with Kamichi's blessing to "use it wisely." The Kilobyte of Memory is then immediately revoked by Kamichi who decides instead that he may need it back.
