Kermit's Teeny Tiny Farm is a "Picture Reader," in which all of the nouns are replaced by pictures.
Kermit the Frog is excited, and tells Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear and Gonzo that he has a new farm. His friends are surprised, and decide to bring Kermit various tools he'll need around the farm. As it turns out, Kermit is excited because he's bought an ant farm. Foo-Foo also appears.
