My First JukeBox

The Jukebox is a device in Fallout 3 which can be activated and deactivated. Upon activation, the Jukebox will produce light and play music.

House improvement

It is also a house improvement which you can buy for your Megaton House or Tenpenny Tower Suite. Its value is 500 bottle caps. The Jukebox will play only Galaxy News Radio.

Notes

  • The Jukebox house improvement won't work at Tenpenny Tower until you've boosted GNR's signal, and it will be hard to hear in your Megaton house until you boost the signal as well.

History

Jukeboxes were commonly found in cantinas throughout the galaxy.[1] In 15 BBY, the R2-series astromech droid R2-D2 danced in front of a jukebox in a cantina on the planet Manda.[2]
