History

A detective in the Gotham City Police Department's Major Crimes Unit, where she is partnered by Vincent Del Arrazio, Joely Bartlett is known for having a keen eye for detail, being one of the most attentive and observant members of the team. Her parents were strong supporters of Lex Luthor's presidential campaign, and this estranged her from them. Cut off from their wealth, she lives on a houseboat in Gotham.
