Jerry is the guitar player for the Country Trio, a Muppet band that performed in variety show appearances in the mid 70s, and occasionally on The Muppet Show. Jerry, and his fellow Trio members Jim and Frank, are based on their respective performers. Bonnie Erickson, who designed and built Jim and Frank, said that "[the puppets] are dressed that way, because that's how [Jim, Frank and Jerry] dressed then."
They were created for an appearance on The Perry Como Winter Show in 1972, where they sang "You Don't Mess Around with Jim." The group next appeared on The Dick Cavett Show in 1973, singing "Momma Don't Allow."
They also appeared in The Muppet Show: Sex and Violence and several episodes of The Muppet Show, including episodes 105 and 123.
On The Dick Cavett Show, the members of the Trio addressed each other as "Jim", "Frank" and "Jerry". In The Muppet Show episode 322, Jerry is referred to as Tex.

Initiate Jerry was a member of the Brotherhood of Steel, stationed in Lost Hills in 2161. He is located on Floor 2 in one of the bunk rooms, alone. When you speak with him he explains he is your roommate and that his previous roommate wore earplugs (but he couldn't tell why). It is clear from the start that Jerry is a compulsive talker, though seems blissfully unaware. He is currently undecided as to whether he will train to be a Knight or a Scribe.
Jerry appears only in the first Fallout.

Sgt. Jerry Martinez is the main antagonist in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories and is one of Victor Vance's commanding officers at the Fort Baxter Air Base. Martinez is one of the first characters introduced in the game, giving Victor the game's first missions.
Martinez does not take his position seriously and is generally a man of loose morals as can be seen when he is watching a Candy Suxxx animal porn movie. In the first mission of the game, Martinez orders Victor to get a shipment of drugs for him and hide them in the barracks. Later, he tells Victor, who is very uneasy about housing the drugs, that he will collect the marijuana once Victor picks up his "girlfriend" (a prostitute called Mary). When Victor arrives at Fort Baxter however, he is confronted by drill Sergeant Peppah who informs him that they found the drugs and question him about the prostitute in his car. Victor is given a dishonourable discharge from the Air Force.
Martinez later betrays both Vic and Phil, sending a group of thugs to see to their death. He makes a deal with the Mendez brothers to oversee their shipment of cocaine arriving into Vice but it is ambushed and stolen by Victor and Lance. He later kidnaps Vic's girlfriend Louise and beats her savagely and leaves her with his men.
Victor kills Martinez at the end of the game on top of Diego Mendez's penthouse (along with Diego) and gets his revenge before he can even have time to confront Martinez on his issues with him.
Martinez is voiced by Felix Solis.

Jerry is a man who works in the DHARMA Initiative's security team. ("LaFleur")
Jerry, a security worker for the DHARMA Initiative, was dancing and flirting with Rosie, who had brought him brownies, while he was on duty at a security center. The two were interrupted by a distraught Phil, who scolded Jerry for being distracted. Soon afterward, they notice that due to Jerry's distraction, a drunken Horace Goodspeed had stumbled upon the sonic fence, and was blowing up trees with sticks of dynamite. Fearful of what the head of security, James LaFleur, would do to them when he found out about their leniency, they traveled to his house, waking him up and taking him to the scene. ("LaFleur")
