Jenova in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children
Trouble with the audio sample?

"J-E-N-O-V-A" is Jenova's theme, from Final Fantasy VII. It is played during the battles with Professor Hojo, Jenova∙BIRTH, and Jenova∙DEATH, as well as during a stage at the end of the game.

It is notably absent during the fight with Jenova∙LIFE, during which "Aerith's Theme" is played instead. When the theme shifts to the major mode for the "fanfare" section just before it starts over, the chord progression is either identical to or a transposition of the second half of the Prelude, depending on the relative keys of the two themes.
