History

Clarence Tuland was Oxy-5's greatest comic book writer. But soon lost his job. He became very depressed and tried to jump to his doom only to be zapped by rejectricity, while screaming "SHAZAM!!". He then gained divine powers and dicided to perfect the universe. However he was clearly mad and was stopped Ambush Bug.

Thanks to being shocked by rejectricity, he gained divine powers.

• Vast Telekenisis- He can move planets with a command!
• Teleportion- He can teleport people and objects anywhere he desires.

• He is nuts!
