Iban Blast resembles a skull mid-air.

Iban Blast requires 50 Magic to cast and can do a maximum of 25 damage. When used with an extreme magic potion, this spell now has a theoretical max damage of 30. This makes it the most damaging of all low level and mid-level spells, making it about as powerful as the mighty fire surge. Players must have completed the Underground Pass quest and have an Iban staff equipped (which requires 50 Attack) to use this spell. The spell can be cast 120 times before the staff needs to be recharged, although using it on another player will use up two charges. It can be autocast, with the recent 2nd September update.

The staff must be recharged in the Well of Iban. The well is located in the Underground Pass cave. Using a teleport crystal to the elven village of Lletya is one of the fastest way to get to the well. The well can be found behind the doors in the northeast of the large cavern. The spell is notable for its devastating damage and high accuracy. The downside is that the staff must be recharged frequently.

Note that an even faster method becomes available after Mourning's Ends Part II, through the rift to the Death altar in the Abyss.

Iban Blast costs 399 coins for each cast, not counting the cost of an Iban staff. It should be noted that it is roughly half the cost of a god spell and can deal more damage.

Remember, you cannot use Ancient Magicks or Lunar Spells if you are using regular Magic.
