In the mirror universe, the ISS Constellation (ICC-1017-E) was a Sovereign-class battleship in service to the Terran Imperial Starfleet in the late 24th century. She also served as Starfleet's flagship, as well as being the fifth starship to bear the name.
The Constellation was launched in the 2370s following the loss of her predecessor. Unusually, command of the Constellation was granted to the previous vessels commanding officer, Captain Jean-Luc Picard.
In 2379, the Constellation led a large fleet of starships to the border of the Klingon Neutral Zone to await the imminent Klingon invasion force. (Star Trek: Daedalus - A Burning House)
