The exclusive Holiday Kermit Action Figure was released by Palisades Toys as a special Christmas industry giveaway and was not made directly available to the general public. The Holiday Kermit figure is similar to the Tuxedo Kermit Action Figure, except that there is no hole in his head, since he does not come with a top hat; in addition, his waistcoat is green and a his bowtie is red.
Holiday Kermit was packaged in a plastic bag instead of a box.
