Hemorrhage, otherwise known as bleeding, is the loss of blood from the circulatory system, it can occur internally when blood escapes blood vessels into other areas of the body, or externally when a break in the skin lets blood out.

Deanna Troi suffered massive internal haemorrhaging in injuries sustained in a surprise attack on the USS Enterprise-D in 2270. (TNG comic: Strategy)

Contents

Summary

Samantha Delaney and her Dark Starship have been stopped. Captain Noel Turner is lost in space and time. The USS Cantabrian is only a severely damaged saucer section. After a medical away team beams to the Dark Starship to tend to Delaney's and others' injuries, the Dark Starship disappears to reappear in orbit of 1945 Earth. The power source for the temporal weapon is drained, but Anne Cobry and the others read another adaptable power source near Dresden, Germany in the middle of World War II. But who on Earth has such advanced technology? And is the risk worth it?

Notes

  • Originally, this was supposed to be a season 2 cliffhanger, taking place during both "By All Means Necessary" and "In the Still of the Night". The author then dropped the story-line before deciding to make it a stand-alone mini-movie/episode.
