Notes

  • Unlike almost all other AP reduction spells, AP loss from Haziness can not be resisted.
  • Players can't cast Haziness while in the "Blurry" state. Haziness apparently only applies this state to allies, because enemy players can cast Haziness while the opponent's is still active, provided they have enough AP.
  • Applies to both allies and enemies in the AoE. The caster is always included in the AoE.
