History

"Kid Baltimore", a.k.a. "Guy Gardner" was a bounty hunter in the Old West who sought out Kid Flash (Wally West) for the mercy killing of Federal Marshall Barry Allen. He was ultimately forced to let West go when he was threatened by the full weight of the entire Justice Riders.
Kid Baltimore was also known to have shot down the entirety of the Grundy gang.
