History

"Professor Gromolko" is a diminutive Nazi-Scientist who was granted immunity from prosecution after World War II for helping to build the city of Neopolis (and remain among the other super-villains). In his earlier days, he mostly lived a life of luxury until he tried to use time travel to change history and ensure the Germans won the war. He is later seen involved extremely deeply into the drug business, and to avoid being killed by his superiors after capture commits suicide while in custody using Dust Devil's 12-shooter (his superior was later revealed as Ultima).
